Medicare rebate

Counselling and Psychotherapy are not yet covered under the Medicare Mental Health Plan (Better Access Scheme), so sessions are full fee and not rebated. Some private health funds may cover our sessions, so it might be best to check with your funds to see if you’re covered.

Please note: As per our cancellation policy, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 90% cancellation fee.
